All CAD drawings, engineering schematics, inspection reports, and proprietary site assessments remain the intellectual property of Can-us Fire Protection Ltd. unless explicitly transferred.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for engineering services and equipment installation is strictly governed by the terms of our service contracts and applicable Canadian commercial insurance policies.
Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and all related service agreements are interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
